Diego was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient - even taking the time to install a new thermostat for me outside of the initial reason for the visit. He stayed to make sure everything was running smoothly and cleaned up after himself. I've had nothing but positive experiences with H&H! Great communication from everyone on staff and the membership savings are great.
This was my first experience using this company, and I was very pleased with my experience….especially with Phil Grott. Phil was resourceful and creative in solving a difficult plumbing issue, and he was also very mindful of the cost. I would not hesitate to use H&H Mechanical and their plumber Phil Grott, again!
H&H Mechanical did a great job, as always. Our downstairs wasn't cooling, and when I called on a Friday afternoon, they were able to send Darrell out the same day. He quickly identified a faulty TXV valve, which would have been an expensive repair, but thankfully it was covered under our maintenance agreement. I really appreciated the fast response, professionalism, and honest diagnosis. Great service and another reason I'm glad we use H&H Mechanical for all of our heating and cooling and future plumbing needs.

Very thorough and didn't try to get me to buy anything! Cristian went above and beyond to make sure I understood the problem, the solutions and I really appreciate him not pitching me on anything. Another HVAC guy told us we need to replace our whole AC, Cristian charged our air filter then boom. AC was working again! 10/10 they have a customer out of me for life
