Our AC went out in the Georgia heat making our home reach 94 degrees at times. We are beyond grateful to have been connected with H&H! The inspection with their tech is where they really gained our trust. He was prompt and incredibly knowledgeable on everything. He really took his time with us and explained so much. He was honest, thorough, and very kind which is a theme amongst all their employees. He also explained that they are a smaller family owned business and you can tell that this is a wonderful benefit as well for they take great pride in their quality of service and work and treat each case with time and care. Every step of the process from the calls to their office, to the quote, and the prompt install, every employee showed how knowledgeable they were, honest, kind, and again, very thorough! We needed our 32 year old unit replaced and they had options for us to choose from with different price points as well as a great financing plan. They gained our trust very quickly and their excellent quality work showed that we made the right call. They had our house cool again within 2 days after the inspection. They had to replace some old parts in the crawl space that holds the filter etc. and it all looks very well done. The office folks also answered our home warranty people's questions and put in extra effort there too. We are just so thankful for this experience and to have our home back again! Highly recommend!

I saw them across the street at a neighbor's house and reached out to their office and they were able to fit us in. They took care of the plumbing problem and explained everything to me. They were very quick. Would definitely recommend!
The H&H team came in early and replaced 2 old AC units. The units were on the side of the house, up a hill and not easily accessible. They worked with my neighbor to make a plan that wouldn't affect their new sod, and did a great job doing so. The crew was very friendly, efficient and they did a very difficult job, on a hot day extremely well. Very pleased with the H&H team and glad we chose them for this job. Highly recommend and very satisfied with the whole experience. A+ on quality, and service. Thank you!

H&H Mechanical was by far the best experience. Steven came out same-day and diagnosed the issue with my water heater. Once the parts needed for repair were delivered, Steven promptly returned to complete the repair. Steven was thorough and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needed plumbing services in the metro Atlanta area.
