Meet the Team
Joe Moon
Owner
Joe has proudly served the HVAC industry for more than 35 years and is the co-owner of H & H Mechanical alongside his business partner, Craig Haldane. He brings passion and dedication to his work every day and genuinely enjoys working with people. Joe values the opportunity to connect with the community, meet new people, and create positive experiences through the work he does.
What Joe enjoys most about H & H Mechanical is the people. Working alongside a great team makes each day rewarding and enjoyable. His favorite part of helping customers is solving problems and seeing the smile on their faces when everything comes together.
When he’s not working, Joe enjoys playing golf, riding side-by-sides, taking rides on his Harley-Davidson, and spending quality time with his beautiful wife, family, grandbabies, and dogs. He is also a huge fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.
If Joe could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly—no traffic, incredible views, and endless adventures. Joe is the proud father of three sons, and watching them grow into kind, hardworking, and genuinely good men has been one of his greatest joys.
He also has two Doberman Pinschers—one red and one blue, one male and one female. They are intelligent, loyal, and always keeping life entertaining.
Craig Haldane
Owner
Craig has been part of the H & H Mechanical family for more than 30 years. What began as a career with the company eventually led to him becoming an owner alongside his business partner, Joe Moon.
Over the years, Craig has built his career on one simple principle—turning customers into family. Building strong relationships with both customers and coworkers is what he enjoys most about his work, and his favorite part of the job is making customers smile.
When he’s not working, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and family. They are committed to serving Jesus and continually growing in their faith together. They love being outdoors—whether that’s fishing, hiking, walking their dogs, or spending time in the garden.
Craig is also a big fan of the movie Forrest Gump—just ask him how many ways you can prepare shrimp! If he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly… mainly to avoid Atlanta traffic.
Craig is a proud father of two daughters. Morgan is married, loves her cats, and is incredibly artistic and creative. Amelia is also a devoted cat mom who enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, playing games, and hanging out with friends. Both daughters share a love for movies. He also has two beloved dogs. Gypsea, an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix, has a sweet and gentle personality. Zeb, a Catahoula Leopard Dog, is full of energy and keeps everyone smiling by spreading good cheer around the office and shop every day.
Clint Brooks
Commercial Service Manager
With nearly 10 years in the HVAC industry, he began his career as a service technician and worked his way into project management, overseeing repairs and equipment replacements.
Since October 2025, he has led H & H Mechanical’s Commercial HVAC Division, helping customers navigate challenges and find solutions.
What he enjoys most about his job is taking stressful situations and turning them into solutions customers can trust. His goal is to be the “easy button” for customers—someone they can count on to get things moving in the right direction with just one call. He also values the supportive team environment at H & H Mechanical and says the people are what make coming to work enjoyable every day.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, mountain biking with his son, and taking his Kawasaki KRX 1000 out on the trails. If he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to instantly understand anything he’s learning so he could better serve his team and customers.
He is the proud father of two children, Benjamin and Madalynn, who keep life fun and full of adventure. Benjamin is hardworking, thoughtful, and loves riding bikes, while Madalynn is outgoing, full of energy, and recently discovered her passion for dance.
Krista Farmer
Accounting Manager
Krista has been a valued member of the H & H Mechanical team since 2024, serving as our Accounting Manager. She plays a key role in keeping our financials organized and on track, ensuring our books are accurate and helping the company stay within budget.
With a strong attention to detail, Krista enjoys organizing, reviewing, and researching to uncover the story behind the numbers—making Microsoft Excel her tool of choice. What Krista appreciates most about working at H & H Mechanical is the company’s commitment to putting family first, along with the strong sense of teamwork. As she puts it, “we’ve got a great team!”
Outside of work, Krista enjoys crocheting and has created everything from bags and beanies to clothing and blankets. She also loves exploring thrift stores, estate sales, and antique shops in search of unique finds.
A fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Krista also enjoys watching the movie Twister and spending time on YouTube, especially following Vice Grip Garage. If she could have any superpower, Krista would choose the ability to create joy wherever she goes—something that reflects her empathetic nature and ability to connect with others.
Krista is married and has five children who live across the United States. She also shares her home with her cat, Henrietta—whose name fittingly means “House Ruler".
