After 20+ years with another HVAC company whose service level had sadly deteriorated beyond repair, I made the switch to H&H Mechanical — and I couldn't be more impressed.
It started with an after-hours call on a Friday. First thing Monday morning, Jessica reached out proactively, walked me through my warranty coverage, and got me scheduled right away. She mentioned that Diego was a top-tier technician, and she was absolutely right.
Diego came out, quickly troubleshot the problem, and clearly explained my options for both a repair and a long-term solution. He sourced the needed components and had everything fixed the same day. But he didn't stop there — he took the time to verify that the entire system was functioning properly across all three thermostats and all three zones. In hindsight, those zones hadn't been working correctly since we moved into our new home a year ago, and we hadn't even realized it until Diego caught it.
The service level that both Jessica and Diego delivered is exactly what every customer deserves — responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. They both went above and beyond, and that kind of dedication should absolutely be recognized and rewarded.
I will be recommending H&H Mechanical to every neighbor and anyone who asks. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate — these folks are the real deal.

Once again, H&H Mechanical delivered outstanding service. Diego came out for our seasonal checkup and did a thorough job from start to finish. During the visit, he identified a few issues, walked us through a clear plan to address them, and had everything resolved within the same service call.
That kind of efficiency and attention to detail is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. Diego continues to impress. Professional, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure everything is running the way it should before he leaves.

I had a whole new unit installed. Kody Todd and his crew did an amazing job. They started work immediately and never stopped until the job was done. They were very professional and polite.
I recently had an issue with one of my HVAC systems, where the thermostat went dead and also one of the switches that went bad. I called H & H mechanical, who services my units and Edgar came out to investigate the problem. He took care of both items and had everything back up and running quickly! He then made sure everything was functioning properly before he left as well.
He was personable, kind and respectful throughout the whole process and I really did appreciate that. I highly recommend H & H mechanical and their services for all your HVAC needs.
Shannon was great. He worked hard to determine the issue and equally hard to resolve it. However, we have a home warranty with Scana and this will involve an expensive repair that they will cover completely. I was happy to pay for a professional evaluation that I could then hand directly to Scana. We will continue using H & H for our A/C and plumbing needs.

On Sunday my 25 year old A/C & furnace downstairs system stopped working. Monday morning I called H&H Mechanical for service. Service technician Tony R. came out within 2 hrs. to check out my old Rheem system. I knew my system needed to be replaced, however Tony used his skillful knowledge to at least have the fan system able to run until a new system could be installed. Joe M. in sales met with me that afternoon to discuss numerous products, information and pricing options. If you haven't had to replace a downstairs 4 ton furnace & A/C unit in 25 years, you will have major sticker shock! The company does offer several financing options if needed. After choosing my unit ( Rheem, and in stock) replacement was scheduled for the next morning. I also decided to add a dehumidifier. Early Tuesday morning, I was informed of arrival times of my 2 technicians ( with their photo ID's) Brian R. and Zachary W. arrived promptly and immediately started the massive replacement. Both Brian and Zachary were very skillful, knowledgeable and did a high quality installation. These two worked nonstop, even through several heavy rains. They kept me updated during each step of the installation. They made sure I knew how to operate all of the new controls. They were very respectful of my home and the work area was left very clean and neat. They were so patient in making sure all went smoothly, not even leaving until after 7:30 pm. I would highly recommend using H & H Mechanical for any of your heating/A/C needs.

H & H is my go to for all my HVAC and Plumbing issues. My CSR Jessica, is a gem and the service tech's are well trained and experienced. This was a plumbing issue. Phil, who has been to our place before is great. He fixed our issue in about 10 minutes. Because I have a service contract with them( you should too) he showed me what to do if it happened again. Awesome!

Diego was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient - even taking the time to install a new thermostat for me outside of the initial reason for the visit. He stayed to make sure everything was running smoothly and cleaned up after himself. I've had nothing but positive experiences with H&H! Great communication from everyone on staff and the membership savings are great.
