Jesse was awesome! After Casteel didn't fix my problem, and greatly overcharged me I still had a low voltage short which Jesse quickly went to work on and rewired my air handler, swopped my contactor, defrost board and tracked down the real root of my problem which actually turned out to be my nest after a lot of testing, sucks I can't use the nest any more but at least I've found an ethical HVAC company for all my future needs!!
We had a new HVAC system installed. Loren & Installation Techs Very Helpful, Very Courteous and Very Professional! I would recommend them to anyone.

H&H checked all the boxes for me and we would highly recommend them! My daughter needed to move ducts, move the condensate line and re-route the line. Joe was personable, informative and listened to what we wanted. He pointed out things we didn't know and offered options that saved us money. His team, Paul, Josh and then Jerimiah, were awesome and executed flawlessly! I had a ton of questions, was concerned given all the work. Paul walked us slowly through everything (even though Joe did it too). The team was efficient, cleaned up afterwards and took the time to do little extra things, which as a mom, warmed my heart. The entire team did quality work while also bonding with us over Dobermans, chickens and challenges of first home ownership.
This business' availability was awesome. They were willing to come out day after initial call. Because I have a warranty on my home, I had to, first, use their company. "Their" person never showed up, never returned text or message left for them. Mind you a week has gone by. After suffering thru 90 deg weather in Georgia, I called my warranty and told them I'll be using H&H. Again, I received next day service. I am totally team H&H from here on.

I needed a new furnace and a/c unit. Joe was courteous and upfront with pricing. He was professional and took the time to understand my needs and my budget. Install was quick. I chose this business based in family members recommendations after receiving quotes from other companies and will continue to use them for my sytems annual maintenance
Paul fixed our compressor for us in our AC unit after it died! They were quick to get on the job and quick to knock it out too! A larger AC company had given us an estimate it would take twice as long as H&H ended up taking and the larger company didn't have the parts on hand. We were super grateful it was taken care of so quickly with the July heat. Highly recommended!
