Scheduled Tune Up Special with Heather and was given an appointment within the same week with a two hour window. I was kept informed right up to the techs timely arrival by phone, e-mail, text and state-of-the-art ServiceTitan App. The tech, Edgar Aveldanez, was professional, friendly, thorough, and informative. He even took photos of the inspections performed. I provided a replacement filter which they gladly switched out for me. Fee charged as quoted and credit card payments accepted. Thank you H&H for good old fashioned customer service with modern technology!

Technician Michael Hand came out to our address soon after the service call was submitted. He found the issue that other techs couldn't resolved. Mr. Hand is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely hire again.

We hired H&H for a HVAC tune up. The technician that came out was on time, very nice and friendly and very informative. He took the time to make some recommendations on upgrades without being pushy. We were so happy with him we decided to sign up for their annual service program.
I have had great service with H & H and their employees have been top notch and respectable. I don't trust a lot of repair/instalation companies but the owners of H&H are genuine. Mr. Haldane was originally referred to me years ago by neighbors. He won't steer you wrong and will look after the customer's best interest.

Install crew did a great job. Required 2 days as they arrived with the wrong plenum for our job. Not their fault. Very knowledgeable of the new system and walked me through its features
