Scheduled Tune Up Special with Heather and was given an appointment within the same week with a two hour window. I was kept informed right up to the techs timely arrival by phone, e-mail, text and state-of-the-art ServiceTitan App. The tech, Edgar Aveldanez, was professional, friendly, thorough, and informative. He even took photos of the inspections performed. I provided a replacement filter which they gladly switched out for me. Fee charged as quoted and credit card payments accepted. Thank you H&H for good old fashioned customer service with modern technology!
