Our technician Darrell was professional and took time to explain in detail his prognosis and plan to address any issues that we had with our systems and units. He was extremely polite knowledgeable and meticulous while servicing our systems. We appreciate Darell being the technician and hope that we see him for our next scheduled appointment.

H & H were on time, personable and easy to work with. Special shout out to my technician. Caleb was friendly, professional and explained very clearly what he was doing even when I asked stupid questions. Thank you!!! I have AC again before the brutal weather gets too hot!!
Darrell Stowers our service technician was absolutely incredible! Even when I called at an extremely late time, H&H Mechanical connected me with Darrell and he came right away, identified the issue and explained how we can prevent it in the future. I signed up with him with the maintenance plan as well. Darrell has a customer for life! Thank you H&H Mechanical!
Always great service.
