Darrell, gave me a call to tell me when he would be at my home, and he was there when he said he would be there. Also he was very friendly and thorough with the repair of my a/c.
Called H&H this morning for service due to a mangled line and they did not disappoint. Jessica was very nice and courteous. She set up the appt and the tech(Darrell) arrived a few hrs later. From the 1st point of contact to finish, Darrell was professional, informative, and cool. Delivered excellent customer service and even helped me set up maintenance for my unit. Thank y'all. 5?
Been using H&H for at least 15 years. I've been very satisfied with them. Just had a sixth month service check. Technician was named Edgar. He was very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and eager to address my questions and concerns. Very happy with them all around.

Kyle Rock did a great job diagnosing my furnace issue. I was concerned that it needed a complete replacement.He was able to give me a recommendation and the repair was fast.

This company is great. Price was great!!!. The people who answer the phone will do everything to get your request or issue taken care of now, no the usual "he's with a customer and will need to call you back" and never get a call. The technicians who installed our unit did a first class job and then explained everything in detail prior to leaving and they even cleaned up their mess !!! Don't waste your time and energy shopping. I did all that and this company by far is heads and shoulders above the competition and actually work hard to earn your business. We are 150% satisfied we made the right decision.
Had a very positive experience purchasing a new HVAC system from H&H. Christian did an excellent job installing and I look forward to many years of good service.
The tech Caleb, the owner Chris, and the install lead Michael & Colton were all absolutely great!
Caleb was on time, took his time & explained to me many options. Once Chris and I struck a deal Michael & Colton arrived the next day, right on time, and worked diligently all day long to ensure I had heat & air by the end of day. I'm thrilled & I trust it will be a huge improvement from my tired old system we just replaced.
