Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
  • Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Prioritize and schedule calls based on urgency and technician availability
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and job information in company software
  • Sell preventative maintenance agreements over the phone
  • Provide exceptional service to every customer interaction
