Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
- Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Prioritize and schedule calls based on urgency and technician availability
- Update and maintain accurate customer and job information in company software
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements over the phone
- Provide exceptional service to every customer interaction
